The 2010 season brings about change and brings more players and more staff. While those changes are being made the fan blog should undergo some modifications too! For those that are frequent visitors some of the changes were easily noticeable.
What have we added? We have added a text message alert. While most text message alerts are redundant and make you wish you never subscribed this will take away all those bad experiences that you may already get with email. The ad you see on the right will take you right to a message board, some of the alerts and member chats are posted there. At the Bottom of the page is the quick way to sign up and be a part of the Mobile Fan Club. The alert is only triggered by us who will be geared to giving you, the fan opportunities to meet players and know where the next venue will be. With that said this means you will not get an alert at 2am while you’re asleep. However the alert will notify you for our events in order to communicate if a game is cancelled due to inclement weather or let you know when we’ll be participating at an event and the details. The Chat board will also be used as a method for the fans to reach us and each other. At most the Alert Will be once a week when there is an upcoming event.
For your entertainment a music player has been added to the bottom of the page so that you can enjoy music while reading new posts. In order to get the most of this player, type your favorite artist in the search bar of the music player and enjoy. There is a donation tab but it is not for/from the Connecticut Bearcats and we ask you reframe from donating since we do not have ties with Dizzler.
